No Smoking Inside (including no trace of smoke)
Pets allowed with prior notice and applicable fees
Full refund up to 60 days before check-in (less CC fees)
50% refund up to 30 days before check-in
Non-refundable within 30 days
Payment Schedule: 35% at booking, 35% at 60 days prior, remaining 30 days before check-in
$1,500 security deposit (authorized before check-in and returned after check-out)

You agree to resolve disputes informally before legal action.

You confirm you are not located in restricted or embargoed countries.

If any provision is invalid, the rest remain effective.
