We were in town for our daughter’s wedding and needed a place to sleep family, stage and prepare for the wedding, and have space to hang out and enjoy the time together. This property delivered in all ways. The house is set up well and we very much enjoyed ourselves. If you’re looking for a shabby chic country farmhouse, this is for you. Communication during the booking, planning, and stay was fabulous. Very convenient for weddings happening at Eagle Ridge Golf Club also! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This house had everything we needed! We stayed here with 3 families and loved how the bedrooms were set up with a bathroom in every room. The pool, hot tub, and outside area were wonderful. There was plenty of shade so even though we came in the summer, it never got too hot. The house with stocked with everything we needed and the communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommend this house!

Our large extended family of 13, ranging in age from 16 months to 85, spent a delightful week at Fitz Place. The 6 bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, were just right and very convenient. The common areas are spacious and comfortable. The grounds with the heated swimming pool, hot tub, grills, picnic tables, bocce court, huge lawn, and lovely rose garden, all enhanced our enjoyment outdoors. The vineyard setting was charming, and San Martin is located within easy driving distance to various cities, shopping and points of interest. Having the LJB Farm store within walking distance was a special bonus (their freshly picked corn is something we’ll yearn for!). There were a few small issues that can be (and some were) easily fixed. Our host, Liz, was most cordial and helpful, and responded in a timely manner despite being out of the country. Overall, we are happy to give Fitz Place a 5-star ranking.

The Fitz place exceeded our expectations! It was the perfect home base for our daughter’s wedding weekend at the Sycamore Creek Vineyards winery. Our immediate family and bridal party stayed and it was the perfect place to get dressed and do hair/makeup for the wedding. We also hosted a casual brunch the morning after. The grounds are just spectacular and there are so many areas to sit and enjoy: the pool, hot tub, bocce ball court, vineyards, beautiful rose gardens, large patio with plentiful seating. My grandkids were huge fans of the swings too. We can’t thank you enough for making our wedding weekend wonderful by sharing your lovely property! Liz was great to work with too!

This place offered the perfect communal spaces for our group of moms looking to reset ourselves. We had the best time and used every single space, but found ourselves either hanging out poolside or having great conversation and food on the back patio with the hotub and firepit. At sunset, we'd move ourselves to the front porch and enjoyed some wine while watching the sun set through the hills. While there were neighbors, the property really felt private with the lovely landscaping. The rooms all had en suite bathrooms, which was a nice surprise. Overall, the property was really well thought out for hosting groups that wanted both communal and private spaces. We never felt like we were on top of one another. Along with all of that Liz, the proprietor was super communicative. We're looking at our return soon!

Went with some friends for a girls getaway and had a fun and relaxing time! The pool and hot tub were great and the area was quiet and picturesque. Only feedback is that Kitchen windows may need to be sealed from bugs… a bunch of ants invaded my grocery bag within the first hour of arriving. All in all, would definitely stay here again.
