👉 To enter: Use the center gate, then head to the last door on the left (Unit A).
🚗 Parking is available in the driveway or directly on the street in front of the house.

Interaction With Guests

I was living in the house in the 1 bedroom until I had my baby. I do not live on the premises anymore so you will not see me. There is a detached studio with its own patio completely separate at the front of the house however you will enter the same gate to get to your unit.

Neighborhood

5-min drive. Visit Rio Del Mar State Beach, a beautiful stretch of sandy beach that's popular for swimming, surfing, and sunbathing.
5-min drive. Play a round of golf at the Seascape Golf Club, a challenging 18-hole course with panoramic ocean views.
5-min drive. Explore the Aptos Farmers Market, held every Saturday morning, to sample fresh local produce and other products from local farmers and vendors.
10-min drive. Take a hike at Manresa State Beach, which offers stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and a variety of trails for hikers of all levels.
18-min drive. Go birdwatching at Pajaro Dunes, a secluded beachfront community that's home to a wide variety of bird species.

Very safe neighborhood. 5 minute stroll to the beach along the creek. Beautiful setting. Perfect for bird watching. Very close to the shipwreck and walking distance to nearby coffee shops and restaurants and watching the amazing sunsets!

Easy 5 minute, flat stroll to the beach along a tranquil creek with ducks. Quiet street with birds chirping. Perfect for bird watching. Easy access to coffee shops, restaurants and anything else you will need is 5 minutes from the house. Easy parking on the one way slow road street. You can park in the driveway or right in front of the house. Nisene Marks County Park is 5 minutes from the house with the most amazing hiking and world class mountain biking and breathtaking forest!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived everything exceeded our expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. You can truly tell the host puts care and thought into every detail. The location was perfect I woke up early and had a short walk to the beach which was aalso great and the overall atmosphere of this place made it feel like a home away from home. We felt relaxed, welcomed, and completely taken care of. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special, stress-free getaway! We will definitely have to come back!!

We had such a lovely stay at Liz’s beautiful home. She was so kind and responsive when we had questions, and even came over to help us when we had a small issue with the jacuzzi. Her house is cozy and equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay, and it’s in a gorgeous location. We hope to come back soon!

Our stay was wonderful. We love visiting the Santa Cruz area. The house was cute, clean, and located near one of our favorite beaches. There's a cafe walking distance from the place that served delicious coffee and pastries. If you're into dog watching in the morning this beach is perfect! Pixie Deli is also walkable and has great options for breakfast or lunch or a sandwich to take on an adventure. The hot tub was a treat to come back to anytime day or night. We absolutely can not wait to come back and visit again.

This place was great for me and my family, it literally has everything you need even for cooking. Very cozy and private. Maybe a little bit of exterior lights around the fence would be nice when hanging around at night and maybe a car charger would be a game changer. Great place, would visit again.

My neighbors have a small child and the hot tub sounds make a lot of noise. If you have a dog please speak to him in a low voice at night and in the early morning. Any loud noises are especially hard for my neighbors trying to sleep.
